You MUST read and agree to these terms and conditions before you can join any S-A-Web site. Please read them carefully so we can have a healthy partnership and no surprises after.

Subscriber Agreement

18 clauses covering your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber.

By enrolling with S-A-Web (the "Service"), you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is subject to change by S-A-Web at any time; changes are effective upon notice to each Subscriber.

Some or all of the following fees and charges may be incurred by the Subscriber: subscription fees. The Subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms.

Unless and until this Agreement is cancelled, the Subscriber hereby authorises the Service to charge the Subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the ongoing cost of membership, and for any and all purchases of products, services and entertainment provided by S-A-Web. Subscribership may NOT be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

Subscribers must promptly inform S-A-Web of: changes in credit card expiry dates; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until S-A-Web is notified by email of a breach, the Subscriber remains liable for any unauthorised use. Upon request, Subscribers will be given access to billing records supporting charges.

Payment for the appropriate services may be made by automatic credit card debit. Members will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration. To cancel your subscription before the next billing term, please refer to the Billing & Cancellation page.

Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either S-A-Web or the Subscriber. Please use the appropriate link on the Billing & Cancellation page, or simply email support. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred until termination of service.

Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to access the Service. Access is through a combination of an ID and password. Each Subscriber must keep their password STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. Unauthorised access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

Any liability of S-A-Web — including any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or unauthorised access — shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the Subscriber to S-A-Web during the preceding 12 months.

Except for public domain material, all content displayed on the Service is copyrighted and licensed by S-A-Web and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded in whole or in part without prior written consent from S-A-Web.

Material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

Subscribers agree not to engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Subscribers to buy or sell products or services through the Service without prior written consent. Subscribers are responsible for information they send or display through the Service.

The Subscriber warrants and represents that they are over the age of 18 (21 years in some locales), and in all respects qualified and competent to enter into this Agreement and consent to the viewing of adult material without violating any local laws.

Subscribers acknowledge that S-A-Web operates a Fair Access Policy (FAP) to ensure equal access and appropriate system resource allocation. All S-A-Web websites enforce a bandwidth transfer limit of 6 GB per 24-hour rolling period. If a user reaches this limit, access is suspended for 24 hours. If this limit is reached more than twice in a billing period, the suspension extends to 72 hours.

Notices from S-A-Web to Subscribers may be given by electronic messages, general posting on the Service, or by electronic or conventional mail. Notices from Subscribers to S-A-Web may be given by electronic message or mail unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. All questions, complaints, or notices must be sent to Customer Service.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and S-A-Web regarding use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings. It may only be amended upon notice by S-A-Web to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement survive its termination.

The Service enables Subscribers to share information with other Subscribers. Subscribers agree not to submit, publish, or display on the Service any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of material violating any federal, state, or local law is prohibited.

If you believe you have been erroneously billed, notify S-A-Web immediately. If S-A-Web does not hear from you within thirty (30) days after the error first appears on any account statement, the fee will be deemed acceptable. You release S-A-Web from all liabilities and claims resulting from any error not reported within 30 days of publication.

Refunds will only be issued if the username/password issued has not been used to access the site, or in the case of fraudulent credit card use. Once the username/password has been used to access the site, no part-refunds for unused membership time will be issued. Any refunds will be credited to the original card used for purchase.
